Our commitment to a better future
Code of Business Conduct

As a majority owned company of Technip Energies, Rely follows and implements T.EN’s Code of Business Conduct.
The Code keeps us on course and provides us with a common basis and an unshakeable reference for our decisions and actions, wherever we work, even in complex situations. It empowers and enables each of us to stop the job and speak up in front of any situation that breaches – or could breach - the Code. It reminds us that we all play a role in representing Rely, defending it, and ultimately be part in the building of a better tomorrow.
It is up to all our stakeholders to uphold the principles in our Code of Business Conduct.
Integrity Line
We encourage our employees or any third parties to raise any actual or perceived deviation from our Code of Business Conduct or from applicable laws and regulations.
Breaches or suspected breaches of our Code can be reported through an independent third-party, using the Integrity line we’ve put in place. Never hesitate to report concerns or issues. By doing so, you help Rely address them effectively while upholding our Values and the principles outlined in our Code of Business Conduct. And remember: Rey has a zero-tolerance policy on retaliation against employees or any third party for reporting actual or suspected breaches of our Code. |
Supplier & Subcontractor Integrity Expectations
Rely is committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, following all applicable laws and regulations, and operating with safety and integrity foremost in mind. To get the job done for our customers, Rely relies on a complex array of third parties including individuals and business entities. Rely’s reputation for ethical behavior and legal compliance is directly impacted by the conduct of its Suppliers & Subcontractors.
As a Rely Supplier or Subcontractor, you must agree to follow the applicable laws of each country in which you operate and observe the principles of the Rely Code of Business Conduct (hereafter “Code“) as well as these Supplier & Subcontractor Integrity Expectations. As a condition of any business relationship with Rely, Suppliers & Subcontractors must adhere to principles of Rely’s Code (and to Supplier/Subcontractor’s own Code of Business Conduct if it is materially equivalent to that of Rely’s) along with these Supplier & Subcontractor Integrity Expectations. By entering into an agreement with Rely, Rely presumes you have read and adopted the principles addressed in the Code and expects you to adhere to our Supplier & Subcontractor Integrity Expectations set out here.
